For India-specific disputes: Disputes arising from India-based property advisory services shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (India), with the seat of arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana. For Dubai-specific disputes: Disputes arising from UAE property advisory services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts. Before commencing any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and will be effective 14 days after notification.
